About the event

Join us for the webinar Pathways Towards Transforming School Food Systems in Nigeria on Wednesday, 30 September | 13:30 – 14:30 PM WAT / BST.

During this one-hour online webinar we will explore how organisations in Nigeria are driving food system transformation through nutrition, climate-smart agriculture, and gender inclusion in school feeding initiatives.

Hear practical insights from the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), the University of Ibadan, and Action Health Incorporated. Learn from their experiences implementing projects to enhance access to nutritious diets, develop garden-based learning for climate resilient school food systems, and establish community-driven school food initiatives.

The event also showcases the Nigeria Community of Policy & Practice (CoPP), a growing network of practitioners, researchers, civil society actors, and policymakers working to strengthen collaboration and shared learning in the space.
