About
Mr. Yves Ndaruhutse is governmental official School Feeding Programme Advisor at the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources (MINAGRI), a position he has held since July 2023. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Agribusiness. He has over ten years of professional experience in nutrition, food systems, and community development. His previous roles include Nutritionist Coordinator at ADRA Rwanda (2016–2020), Nutrition Assistant at Africa Humanitarian Action (2015–2016), and Nutrition Assistant at Gashora Health Center (2014–2015). His expertise spans school feeding, nutrition programming, agricultural market strengthening, and food system interventions. He was recently appointed as a delegate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources (MINAGRI) to the Community of Policy & Practice for Food Systems Transformation.
